It sure made a big news when it first hit the internet: "a good-looking man with weird aesthetic standards got a dog face by plastic surgery with his own money in Brazil", as the pictures below show. But soon it was found out to be a work of art by a Brazilian artist who has used a rubber replica of his own head to sew the dog's head onto his own.
This art is called performance art and the artist is Rodrigo Braga, from Brazil, who had a veterinary surgeon sew the muzzle, eyebrows and ears of a euthanised dog onto the replica. Needless to say that, Later, medical experts explained that human blood and that of the dogs are different and a transplant like this is not possible.
